All items are made to order.
Processing time is 2-3 weeks from date of purchase. Processing time does not include delivery time. Delivery time is amount of time it takes UPS to deliver the item to you.
All orders are shipped Monday - Friday, except holidays.
Free shipping: UPS Ground - estimated 5-7 days.
Note: Delivery dates for UPS are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Currently, we ship to US addresses only. All orders include tracking numbers. After we ship your order, tracking info is sent to you.
If you receive and item that was damaged in shipping, please contact me immediately within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Email requests to Ken @ mykokoon471@gmail.com.
Items may not be returned if request for authorization is not submitted and approved . Ship returned items within 7 business days after approval notification is received.
Damages
If you receive and item that was damaged in shipping, please contact me immediately within 3 business days of receipt of your order.
If you receive your order that has been damaged due to shipping, please include the following with your notification to us.
Take clear photos of the box on the out side & inside, especially where damage has occurred.
Clear photos of the damaged item must be included as well.

When returning an item that has been damaged in shipping, purchase a tracking number and insurance to protect yourself from loss or theft.
