Returns

Returns are accepted.  Exception: custom orders, personalized or sale items may NOT be returned.

If you need to return an item, please contact us to get authorization within 5 business days of receipt of your order.  Items may not be returned if request for authorization is not submitted and approved.  Ship returned items within 7 business days after approval notification is received.

Note: All returned item shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless there was an error on our part.

Refunds

Important: If you are requesting a refund, all items must be sent back unused and in its original condition. If item is not returned in its original condition, the refund amount may be reduced and the amount will be determined by mykokoon. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

All items returned will be inspected by us for use or damages. Refunds will be based upon the condition of the item being returned, minus original shipping fee. Qualifying refunds will be issued through your original payment method.

When returning an item, purchase a tracking number and insurance to protect yourself from theft or damages that may occur in shipping.

If a mistake was made on our side, I will replace the item or refund you the total purchase price.

PLEASE NOTE: If I am replacing an item that was lost or damaged in shipping, the item cannot be duplicated exactly since each of my pieces are individually created and no two are exactly alike. I will do my best to “replicate” the lost item.

Insure items that are being returned to me as I am not responsible for items lost or damaged when shipping back to me, purchase a tracking number as well.

Cancellations

Any cancellations must be made within 2 hours of purchase.
